Host pitch: no $96 / $29 monthly examples. Those were a full-occupancy ceiling, not typical pay. Any Ollama-capable CPU or GPU can list. Suggested ask for CPU / tiny iGPU starts at 10¢/hr so those boxes are not priced like a 4090.

Home counters hide until at least one host is Live (no 0 / $0.14 next to the pitch).
Guests can send one short Neighbor job from a U.S. IP before signing up (800 characters, checkbox, we cover the host). Then create an account to keep going.

Idle-only: new jobs only after keyboard/mouse idle ~90s and leftover CPU under ~28% (GPU under ~20% when nvidia-smi exists). Hysteresis so Spotlight doesn’t flicker the listing. A running job always finishes. Busy machines stay on the board — Auto skips them; a pin can wait in a 3-job queue.
Ask page: Batch toggle removed. It was the same text path with a bigger hold. Attach a .txt/.md if you have a longer dump.

Host app: after an update, the process detaches and relaunches itself (Mac menu bar / Windows tray). You should not have to open Applications again.

Rate limits stored in Postgres. Flagged hosts drop reliability and pause.
Host page copy: renters get text-to-the-model, not a shell or your files.

Hall Windows download for approved operators. Venue cannot be edited in host.json.
Delete account is a red control. Unused credits and unwithdrawn earnings are forfeited.
